Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and visionary Account Manager to lead our expansion efforts and play a pivotal role in driving the growth and transformation of our organization.
The Account Manager will be part of the Commercial Department.
Your mission:
   » Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters.
   » Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
   » Negotiate contracts with customers.
   » Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives.
   » Develop new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement to meet sales quotas.
   » Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed.
Your profile:
   » Demonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization, including executive and C-level.
   » Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and MS Office.
   » Experience delivering client-focused solutions to customer needs.
   » Proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail.
   » Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
   » Strong verbal and written communication skills.
   » Language skills: High level of English and French is required – German/Luxemburgish: a good understanding would be a strong asset.
   » Team player – able to work in a team.
Your key responsibilities:
   » Primary Point of Contact: Be the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters, ensuring clients receive the highest level of service.
   » Client Relationship Building: Build and nurture strong, long-lasting client relationships to understand their unique needs and objectives.
   » Contract Negotiation: Skillfully negotiate contracts with customers to create mutually beneficial agreements.
   » Solution Delivery: Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions, aligning with customer needs and objectives.
   » Business Development: Develop new opportunities within existing client relationships and identify areas of improvement to meet and exceed sales quotas.
   » Issue Resolution: Provide assistance with challenging client requests or escalating issues when necessary to ensure customer satisfaction.
