Description de emploiThe Banque centrale du Luxembourg (BCL), member of the Eurosystem, is currently seeking to recruit for its IT Department, a(n):IT APPLICATIONS MANAGER (m/f) Career: A1 Full time - (ref.: 39/IT5/2023) Your mission: Within the “Enterprise Resource Applications” section of the IT department, you will be responsible for the coordination of the development and corrective maintenance of the applications for which you are dedicated to. Your responsibilities: » You will take part in projects in the field of applications and in various activities such as architecture definition, configuration, supplier management and technical and functional documentation; » You will participate in developing the features of the information system; » You will contribute to the processes and information system development in line with the defined strategy; » You will set up and manage the shared applications of the Bank while providing maintenance and second-level support; » You will participate in drawing up functional and technical specifications related to technical applications; » You will take part in technical and functional tests for users and in the on-call system. Your profile: · You have a Master's degree in Computer Science and Information Technology; · You have at least 5 years' experience in a similar role; · You display technical knowledge in the following areas: o Cloud based architecture (SaaS solution, private cloud) and web based platforms (CMS, back-end/front-end frameworks) o "Enterprise Resources" applications management o Technical project coordination (infrastructure, network, systems, databases, development, ...) o Knowledge of SQL language and scripting (UNIX, LINUX, Windows) o ITIL processes and codes of conduct for information security control; · You are fluent in English and French; a good knowledge of German and/or Luxembourgish would be an advantage; · You are keen to learn and succeed; · You show initiative and creativity; · You are willing to perform, assertive and open-minded. Vos responsabilités : · Vous participez à des projets dans les domaine d’applications et à des activités de type définition d’architecture, configuration, gestion de fournisseurs, documentation technique et fonctionnelle ; · Vous participez au développement de l'usage du système d'information ; · Vous contribuez à l'évolution des processus et du système d'information en cohérence avec la stratégie définie ; · Vous participez à l’élaboration des spécifications fonctionnelles et techniques des applications techniques ; · Vous participez aux tests techniques et fonctionnels des utilisateurs ainsi qu’au système d’astreinte ; · Vous mettez en place et gérez les applications partagées au sein de la Banque et en assurez la maintenance ainsi que le support deuxième niveau. Votre profil: » Vous êtes détenteur d’un Master en Informatique et Technologies de l’information ; » Vous possédez au minimum 5 ans d’expérience dans une fonction similaire ; » Vous présentez des connaissances techniques dans les domaines suivants : o Architectures cloud (solution SaaS, cloud privé) et plateformes web (CMS, frameworks back-end/front-end) o Connaissance en gestion d’applications "Ressources d’Entreprise" o Coordination technique de projet (infrastructure, réseau, systèmes, bases de données, développements, ...) o Connaissance du langage SQL et scripting (UNIX, LINUX, Windows) o Processus ITIL et codes de bonnes conduite pour le contrôle de la sécurité de l’information ; » Vous maîtrisez l’anglais et le français ; une bonne connaissance de la langue allemande et/ou luxembourgeoise est un avantage ; » Vous avez le goût d’apprendre et de réussir ; » Vous faites preuve d’initiative et de créativité ; » Vous démontrez une volonté de performance et faites preuve d'assertivité et d'ouverture d'esprit.
