Description de emploiLife Insurance business in the Freedom of Services for HNWI clientsType of contract : Permanent (CDI) – Full Time The Partner & Client Services department takes care of all general customer (private clients and business partners) inquiries and operational activity and is also responsible for the onboarding of new partners such as Brokers, Asset managers and Custodian Banks. The department is also involved in most of the operational and other strategic projects. You will work in a multicultural and open-minded team with a very good spirit in a dynamic and international environment. You will work in cooperation with other related departments and hand in hand with the respective CRM Officers within the Partner & Client Services department. Your responsibilities within the Partner & Client Services department In this role, you will participate in the monitoring and administrative management of daily operations on contracts distributed in LPS. More specifically: » Collect, identify and formalize the needs of clients and intermediaries » Perform compliance analysis, verify the conditions of acceptance or membership in accordance with the standards to be observed or guidelines given, particularly in application of anti-money laundering procedures » Coordinate the actions necessary for the implementation of new subscriptions and other operations in compliance with quality, internal procedures and deadlines given between the various services that revolve around Partner & Client Services » Issue and generate contracts » Manage switches and other contract modifications » Process complex level operations (non-standard) » Check and send documents intended for clients and partners » Handle phone calls related to requests and questions from existing clients and partners about current operations » Participate in closing work in collaboration with accounting and actuarial » Actively participate in initiatives to adapt and develop operational processes » Train junior colleagues Success guaranteed: your desired profile for this role » Minimum BAC +3 (economic, management and/or financial orientation or equivalent) » Desired experience of 5 years in a similar position, ideally in the financial or insurance sector » Deep knowledge of the French LPS market is a clear advantage » Perfectly fluent in French and English, both written and spoken. Any other language is an additional asset » Very strong customer orientation » Commitment and autonomy: ability to take charge of problems, strength and proactivity » Excellent organizational skills » Rigorous, structured and reliable work methodology » Excellent team spirit, availability and flexibility » Good knowledge of Microsoft Office package secteurs similaires .
