Role Summary/Purpose: Highly motivated Technician from a Mechanical or Electrical background to work as a Final Assembly Technician. Strong individual ownership on the assigned tasks and appetite for innovation/advance development is expected out of this role. Essential Responsibilities: » Assembling final production parts, ensuring production quality, interfacing with quality & design teams and feeding back improvements. » Ensure that production targets are met supporting your colleges in a large team. » Manage resolution of technical issues, » Maintains high standard professionalism in attitudes and communication with fellow employees and customers. » Demonstrated initiative, drive, communication, and interpersonal skills. Qualifications/Requirements: » Apprenticeship in Mechanical or Electrical domain (or equivalent in knowledge/experience), » English language (min B2 level), » Demonstrated ability to meet schedules in production and achieve Quality, » Excellent analytical skills and ability to work within a project team environment, » EU Passport Holder Desired Characteristics: » Ability to identify, quantify, and resolve technical problems, » Possess excellent dexterity and visual acuity for precise handling of small electronic components. » Proven QC technical skills, » Excellent interpersonal and communication skills required customer-service and detail orientation » Reviewing test work instructions in line with new or existing procedures. » Experience with ERP systems » Strong team engagement and ability to work in a cross functional team environment and working with different cultural environments. » Past Military & Law Enforcement Service is an asset.
