We are looking for a Production IT Functional Support , who’ll be responsible for supporting all production softwares, especially SAP PP and MII, on a functional perspective : perform support & management on production applications systems, participate to any production related project, provide support to end user. Your responsibility : » Maintains ability to produce efficiently according to schedules and in strict accordance with regulations, day and night (according to agreed schedules for on call hours) » Track&Trace follow-up and operating » Centralize and update all MII documentation » Provide L2 support on SAP PP and MII » Provide L1 support on other SAP modules » Participate to on-call support Your Skills : » Sense of priority » Availability & reactivity » Calmness and clarity of thought while under pressure » Pragmatic/Transcription : Translate technical language into customer-oriented language » Great communicator » Curious » Integrity » Fostering teamwork Your Profile : » Diploma: CATP/DUG in informatics » At least 3 years’ experience in a similar situation » Strong customer service oriented » Be able to work under minimum supervision » Have excellent analytical, problem solving and resource-management skills » Experience on SAP PP or MII » Fluent in English, French or German will be considered as an asset Our offer : » A permanent contract, 40 hours per week (full time) » Flexible working hours from Monday to Friday » Ongoing training » Company restaurant and lunch vouchers » Free parking » Place of work: Fridhaff/ Erpeldange-sur-Sûre All applications will be treated in the strictest confidence.
