WHAT ARE YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES? » Managing the accounting for the IHQ, ensuring the maintenance of accounting records and the preparation of year-end financial statements according to LuxGAAP. » Prepare and review the interim accounts as necessary. » Ensure accuracy of G/L postings and reconciliations. » Preparing VAT declaration, ensuring compliance with current regulations. » Manage cash and assist in cash-flow forecast. » Support with the external audits. » Assist with monthly Group reporting. » Ensure accuracy in data used by and in reports generated by the Finance department. » Provide ad-hoc reports as needed. » Identify opportunities to enhance financial processes, streamline workflows, and implement best practices. WHAT ARE THE REQUIREMENTS? » At least 3 years of experience in corporate accounting. » Solid knowledge of accounting in Luxembourg and tax principles. » Special attention to detail and high precision in work. » The ability to work independently and as part of a team. » Proficiency in Microsoft Office (in particular Excel). » Excellent proficiency in accounting software tools (SAGE BOB50 being an advantage). » Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with clients and other team members. » Fluent in German and English, French being an asset.
