Description de emploiGrow with us! We are currently looking for a colleague to join our Tax Team in Luxembourg. We are responsible for Luxembourg’s fund portfolio and securitisation companies. Product Tax - Alternative Investment Funds and Securitisation Companies Your areas of responsibility: » Tax compliance and all tax structuring topics along with securitization companies » Management of tax compliance in alternative investment funds with focus on Luxembourg taxation including taxation of SPVs » Selection, engagement and coordination of external (tax) consultants » Coordination and plausibility checks for foreign fund registrations as well as declaration requirements » Tax assessment as part of asset acquisitions including negotiation of tax clauses (side letters, documentation etc.) » Dealing with client inquiries regarding fund and product taxation Your skills and experience: » Relevant professional experience in an auditing, tax consulting or audit-related consulting firm and/or a management company » Completed studies in business administration or law with a focus on taxation or comparable studies; tax advisor examination would be advantageous » Very good knowledge of national tax law and good understanding of general principles of international taxation » High level of initiative, strong communication skills, ability to work under pressure and team spirit » Strong analytical skills and solution-oriented approach » Independent, autonomous way of working and high service orientation » Very good MS Office skills What we offer: » Employees at our company are encouraged to work independently, show commitment and be supportive.
