Your Mission: » Actively engage with customers through various channels to address queries and provide assistance. » Collaborate within the sales teams to optimize customer satisfaction and retention. » Provide administrative support to ensure seamless commercial operations. » Contribute to the development of commercial service strategies. » Continuously update and maintain quality customer records and databases. » Monitor and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement. » Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues promptly and effectively. » Foster enduring relationships with clients through communication and personalized support for specific customers. Your Profile: » A dedicated and customer-focused professional with a passion for delivering exceptional service. » Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and French; proficiency in German is advantageous. » Prior experience in administrative service roles is mandatory. » Familiarity with CRM systems and other relevant software. » Strong organizational and time-management skills. » Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively. » Proactive problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail. » Enthusiasm for the automotive industry and a willingness to learn. » Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. » Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities and business needs. » Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) for efficient administrative tasks and reporting.
