Located in the heart of the city, our client is looking to strengthen its team of thirty individuals, in a human and highly entrepreneurial environment.Senior Compliance Officer/RC - The role will involve: » Supporting clients in their daily compliance obligations, addressing their questions, and guiding them through regulations. » Supervising the work of compliance assistants to ensure effective task execution. » Maintaining and developing the company's compliance policies and procedures. » Drafting compliance-related reports and conducting client risk assessments. » Providing support in due diligence processes to ensure regulatory compliance. Senior Compliance Officer/RC - The candidate should have: » A degree in business law, business administration, finance, or economics. » Between 3 and 5 years of experience in financial compliance in Luxembourg. » Knowledge of the funds industry, including traditional and alternative funds. » Excellent proficiency in English, knowledge of German, French, or other European languages is a plus. » Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
