MIBL now has an opening in its Fund Administration Department for a: Transfer Agency Officer(Permanent Contract)(Ref: TAO 01/2024) Responsibilities: » Carrying out the oversight controls on the registrar and communication agent functions of funds outsourced by MUFG Investor Services Luxembourg to other MUFG Investor Services offices abroad; » Taking part in the oversight controls on investor's AML/KYC; » Assisting senior members of the Luxembourg Fund Administration Department with the identification of all local requirements in relation to registrar and communication agent functions, including investors' AML/KYC checks, depending on the client fund's legal structuring and ensuring such requirements are comply with; » Acting as a point of contact for the MUFG Investor Services Investor Operations' teams carrying out the registrar and communication agent tasks delegated to them; » Cooperate with other members of the department in their respective fields of activity; » Closely work with the MUFG Investor Services teams in order to meet all legal requirements and provide a high level of client services. Your profile: » Academic degree in Finance or Law; » Strong organizational skills; » Minimum of two years of experience in transfer agency services or investor AML/KYC; » Good communication and team working skills; » Proactive and problem solving attitude; » Knowledge of the Luxembourg fund industry would be an asset; » Good command of MS Office suite; » Fluency in English, any other language such as German, French or Japanese would be an asset.
