About the role We're searching for Depositary Officer to oversee depositary operations to guarantee smooth functioning and adherence to regulations. You will ensure the accuracy, compliance, and efficiency of our clients financial processes. If you're an experienced professional with a keen eye for detail and a knack for strategic oversight, please get in touch. Responsibilities » Oversee depositary operations, including transactions, reconciliations, and compliance measures. » Collaborate with teams to streamline processes and enhance overall performance. » Be involved in assessing the complexity of AIF strategies and determine how to apply oversight procedures appropriately to each AIF. » Obtain and assess legal documentation to fulfil depositary’s ownership verification and record keeping duties. Skills » 2 years of experience in depository operations, audit or accounting in Luxembourg. » Experience working with some of the following assets classes - private equity, infrastructure, debt or real estate investment funds. » Excellent written and verbal communication skills. » Team player.
