The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial accounting, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to the financial success of the company and grow within a supportive and challenging setting. Key Responsibilities: » Oversee and manage the general accounting functions, including, but not limited to, accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and taxes. » Prepare and review financial statements and reports to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements. » Conduct monthly, quarterly, and annual closing activities, including reconciliations and journal entries. » Collaborate with internal and external auditors to ensure successful audit results and compliance. » Develop and implement accounting policies and procedures to enhance financial operations and internal controls. » Analyze financial data and provide insights to support business decision-making. » Mentor and guide junior accounting staff, fostering a collaborative and knowledge-sharing environment. Qualifications: » Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA or equivalent certification preferred. » Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in financial accounting, with a strong understanding of accounting principles and practices. » Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel. » Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with meticulous attention to detail. » Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment. » Fluency in English; proficiency in French or German is a plus.
