Description de emploiOur client, a European Institution is looking for an Internal Communication Officer who speaks English fluently. This is a temporary contract and a full-time position.» The candidate manages the organisation's intranet site, by uploading content online and keeping it up-to-date. » He creates images and videos for online use, as well as drafts intranet blogs. » The candidate provides operational support to the Internal Communication team in its promotional offline and online activities. » He executes administrative tasks for the internal communication team. » The candidate supports and coordinates the production of publications, giveaways and other editorial and promotional material. » The candidate has a university degree or equivalent in Communication, Marketing, Web Design, Digital Media or other related field. » He is proficient in standard computer applications, as well as editorial and content management software. » The candidate has a proactive, positive attitude. » He has a strong team spirit and is able to work autonomously, and in a multi-cultural team with an open mind to team feedback. » The candidate is enthusiastic and driven to deliver high-quality content. » He is stress resistant with excellent organisational skills and attention to detail, as well as with the ability to meet both regular and unforeseen deadlines. » The candidate has good writing, editing and proof-reading skills in English.
