Description de emploiHEAD OF PRIVATE EQUITY FUND ADMINISTRATIONReporting to the Global Head of Fund Administration, the candidate will be responsible for the services provided to our Private Equity / Private Debt clients, and for the management of the Private Equity Fund Administration team. MAIN RESPONSABILITIES » Responsible for ensuring a smooth functioning of the department and ensuring compliance with the regulatory requirements. » Managing the day-to-day operations of the department, including overseeing fund accounting, investor reporting, and other activities of the department. » Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure an efficient and effective fund administration process. » Collaboration with internal and external stakeholders, such as fund managers, investors, tax advisors, depositary banks, legal advisors, auditors, and suppliers to ensure timely and accurate reporting. » Concluding periodic reviews and assessments of the department´s performance and implementing improvements as necessary. » Keeping abreast of industry trends and best practices in Private Equity fund administration and implementing relevant changes. » Providing guidance and support to team members, including training and development opportunities. » Collaborating with other departments within the organization to ensure alignment and coordination activities, » Maintenance of high-quality operating standards, procedures and quality controls. Qualifications and compentences: » Degree in Economics, Finance, Accounting, Banking, or equivalent qualification by experience. » Minimum 5 years of experience with Private Equity, Private Debt and/or Real Estate funds; » Fluency in English (written and oral) and Spanish, any other European language would be an advantage » Knowledge of e-Front private Equity accounting software will be a distinct advantage. » Person pro-active, autonomous, organized and rigorous with excellence and attention to detail. » Strong leadership and communication skills » Strong commitment and ability to meet deadlines; » Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
