Description de emploiYou will evaluate and support our clients, define technology strategies, manage risk while maintaining client expectations. You will develop and grow by being exposed to new and complex challenges daily. You will review / develop / implement digital and technology concepts and architecture solutions:- IT Strategy definition and implementation - IT operating model design - Project/program management - Change Management - Agile Transformation - Outsourcing (cloud based IT and on-cloud based IT) As a Mazars team member, you will be constantly engaged with projects and opportunities that will develop your skills and advance your career. Preferred experience - 3 to 5 years experience in the IT consulting industry - Master’s degree in Information Technology / Information Security / Cyber Security, Engineering in Computer Science, Management of Information Systems Security, Computer Science; - Proven consulting skills and experience of working in large complex environments delivering engagements in some of the areas noted above - Comfortable working in a dynamic, and constantly changing environment - A strategic thinker, entrepreneurial, able to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment - Track record of Agile consulting and advisory with experience in Digital and Agile transformations - Experience in IT organisation and process development - Experience in the organisation of workshops at peer level and facilitating in client meetings - Ability to communicate effectively with team members and clients; - Fluent in spoken and written English, fluency in French may be an advantage - Relevant certifications like Prince2, CMMI, ITIL Lean Six Sigma etc. are an advantage secteurs similaires .
