Description de emploi

Manpower Permanent Placement is recruiting an Office Manager (M/F/X) for one of its clients
 
Facilities Management:
   » Ensure that office facilities are in good condition and safe for employees and visitors.
   » Coordinate maintenance, security, and cleaning to maintain a high standard of cleanliness and safety.
 

Supply Management:
   » Oversee the inventory and purchase of office supplies, including stationery, consumables, and equipment needed for daily operations.
   » Maintain accurate records of inventory levels and manage vendor relationships.
 
Access Management:
   » Manage the activation and deactivation of access cards for employees and visitors.
 
Correspondence and Communications Management:
   » Organize the receipt and distribution of mail and other documents.
   » Handle internal and external communications, including emails, phone calls, and correspondence.
 
Administrative Support:
   » Provide administrative support to different departments as needed.
   » Assist with scheduling meetings, coordinating travel arrangements, and preparing reports.

Human Resources:
   » Collaborate with the human resources department on various activities, including recruiting, onboarding new employees, and managing personnel records.
   » Coordinate staff events and activities, as well as future departures.

Event and Meeting Management:
   » Organize and coordinate internal and external events, including team meetings, conferences, and other company-related events.
   » Ensure that meetings and events run smoothly by handling logistics and providing support as needed.
 

Qualifications:
   » Proven experience in office management or a similar role.
   » Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
   » Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
   » Languages: English and Spanish. French is valuable.
   » Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software applications.
   » Knowledge of basic HR procedures and practices is a plus.
   » Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks efficiently.
