In addition you will be responsible of spart parts stock for the Machine Maintenance department. You will work in day shift from Monday to Friday 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM. There might be occasionally overtime possible during the week or weekends. Responsibilities » You will execute preventive maintenance, execute repairs and will be involved in continuous improvement processes. Maintain spare part stock » Utilize manuals and schematics to detect problems, errors and conflicts » Follow EH&S guidelines and standards in all activities, suggesting improvements when possible » Able to close the information loop across machines / facilities to enhance preventative maintenance standard operating procedures » Solve problems / cooperation with other teams » Removal/Installation of motors, servo motors, ball screws, linear bearings, scales, drives, and all manner of mechanical sub-assemblies » Precision alignment of CNC machines with auxiliary tools » Assist activities on system repairs and retrofits » Utilize manuals and schematics to detect problems, errors and conflicts Qualifications » Apprenticeship as an industrial mechanic or equivalent experience in maintaining production equipment » Good knowledge in Microsoft Office applications » We are seeking individuals with self-initiative, willingness to take responsibilities and who enjoy teamwork. » Fluent in German and good language skills in English required » Any additional language skills would be considered an asset. *********************************** Instandhaltungsmechaniker Fachrichtung Mechanik (m/w/d)Job Description In dieser situation stellen Sie sicher, dass sich alle Produktionsmaschinen in einem ausgezeichneten Zustand befinden, um die höchste Maschinenverfügbarkeit zu gewährleisten. Darüber hinaus sind Sie für das Ersatzteillager der Abteilung Maschinenwartung verantwortlich. Sie arbeiten in der Tagesschicht von Montag bis Freitag von 7:00 Uhr bis 16:00 Uhr. Gelegentlich sind Überstunden in der Woche oder am Wochenende möglich.
