As part of our ongoing growth, we are currently looking for an: Inside Sales Engineer / Customer Service Representative Your mission: » Support the Quotation Process with the Sales Manager. » Track the open orders and focus on late order to improve the On Time Delivery. » Lead the OTD improvement plan in cooperation with Operations. » Support the Customer Service Team in case of peak demand. » Clarify the technical aspects (mainly with Front Office) in relation with R&D, Quality and Production. » Be involved on the Continuous Process of Improvement of the Customer function (order processing, pricing, communication with our internal and external customers).
