Description de emploiIn order to support the Custody Division, we are looking for a Custody Tax Specialist on a permanent contract.Your main tasks will be: » Centralizing all tax related subjects for Custody Division (Withholding tax on income distributions, Capital Gain Tax, system set-up) » Analysing all tax impacts for the Bank its Clients, based on markets information » Verification and monitoring of our Clients Tax documentation (US forms, AEOI self-certifications, certificates of residence…) » Providing support for new accounts opening at sub custodians’ level, answer internal/external tax requests. » Monitoring and reconciling Capital Gain Tax calculation » Ensure the timeliness and provide administrative support for specific tax filings, especially in the US » Supporting the issuance of regulatory tax reporting (CRS, QI,FATCA and DAC6) » Supporting tax reclaims services » Liaise with external service providers and consultants » Involvement in ad-hoc tax project work as necessary, » Continuously aim to improve tax related processes Job requirements: » Graduated with a master degree in Finance, Tax or legal » Significant experience in a similar situation in a Bank or with a Big 4 » Very good knowledge of Tax regulatory framework (CRS, QI FATCA and DAC6), financial products and investment funds legal structures » Fluent in English » Excellent organisational and time management skills » Have very good analytical skills; be very precise and dedicated to quality Please be aware that in accordance with the law of July 23, 2016, the selected candidate will be requested to provide a criminal record (section 3). secteurs similaires .
