Description As Depositary Manager, your responsibilities will include: » Administer depositary services for a portfolio of real estate and private equity funds. »Manage client relationships , ensuring timely deliverables and effective communication. »Supervise depositary team , ensuring compliance with regulatory frameworks and internal procedures. » Conduct risk assessments, asset verification, and cash monitoring . » Develop understanding of AIFMD requirements and maintain high-quality relationships with stakeholders. Profile The Successful Depositary Manager that we are looking for has the following profile : » 10 years of relevant experience in depositary or audit roles. » Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills. » Familiarity with audit techniques and regulatory frameworks. » Ability to manage multiple client relationships effectively . » Excellent communication skills and proficiency in English (French and German preferred).
