Description de emploiWe are pleased to partner with our client, a global asset manager, who is seeking a Finance Manager for 9 months maternity cover (with the possibility to extend)Working as part of the corporate services team, you will provide support with financial and governance requirements for the Luxembourg holding companies and Luxemburg funds. Key tasks will include: » Take responsibility in the management of the Funds/SPV’s life cycle in Luxembourg » Support and advise on the governance requirements across finance/legal and tax for the holding/Fund structures » Submission of compliance filling (direct tax/indirect tax) » Review annual accounts, book keeping and reporting » Participate in required meetings, including board meetings » Provide support with regards to transactions; e.g. provide fund/cash flow information » Ensure policy and procedure adhered to; including internal controls and governance for reporting and operational requirements » Liaise with internal and external stakeholders on various requirements to ensure efficient operational process Qualifications and Skills » 6+ years of work experience with good practical exposure to private equity » Preferred background includes working at a financial services/fund administration » Big 4 experience » Qualified Accountant or Bachelor Degree in Accounting » Team player with a resourceful mind set » Self-starter, motivated and excellent communication skills This is an excellent opportunity to move in-house, to join a small and team focused group, be challenged and take autonomy for your work.
