Description de emploiOur client, a medium-sized banking organization, well established in Luxembourg, provides Wealth Management, Private Banking, Advisory and Investment services for several corporate and private clients. Their Fund department is responsible for all administration services on investment vehicles (funds) they managed, meaning : Fund accounting and reporting, Administrative services, Transfer agent, Domiciliary services, Sales, Relationship Management, etc. They are looking for a Fund Accountant (UCITs) to strengthen the Fund Administration team : the selected candidate will have to deal mainly with 2nd level validation and controls of NAVs (intra-group UCITS funds) and be responsible for full services delivery to third-party alternative investment fund managers (AIFM). The role: » Second level NAV controls and validation of intra-group UCITS funds » NAV calculation of third-party funds » Maintain daily accounting records (fund’s invoices and expenses, cash-flow management) » Portfolio & cash reconciliations, underlying investments pricing » Prepare semi-annual and annual financial statements of the funds » Collaborate on coordination on funds audit » Liaise with external investors, maintain good relationships, deal with auditor requests, etc The profile: » Bachelor degree in Accounting, Economics, Finance or equivalent » 2 to 5 years of similar and relevant experience in Fund Administration focusing on UCITS funds – an experience with AIF would be a strong asset » Team-spirit approach, with a strong knowledge of the overall fund activity business (corporate services, transfer agent, etc) » Fluency in English and French » Great communication skills » High organizational skills, with an ability to work under pressure If you are interested in this situation or would like to discuss other roles that we are currently recruiting for, please forward your CV in English to Alexis Perl by applying online and with the reference AP058. secteurs similaires .
