Description de emploiYour tasksAs a Change Management Specialist, you will work closely with and report to the Head of Group Finance Transformation to support the migration project from the existing SAP ECC to SAP S/4 HANA in the cloud. Your primary responsibilities will include: » Developing and implementing change management strategies and plans to ensure successful adoption of the new system and processes » Assessing the impact of changes on stakeholders within the organization and developing communication and engagement plans to address concerns and facilitate buy-in » Collaborating with project teams and key stakeholders to identify and address resistance to change and ensure smooth transition » Providing coaching and support to leaders and managers to help them effectively communicate changes and manage their teams through the transition » Monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of change management initiatives and making recommendations for adjustments as needed » Serving as a liaison between the project team, business units, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment and coordination of change efforts Your profile » You hold a Master’s degree in Organizational Development, Change Management, Economics, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field » You have 5 to 10 years of experience in change management roles, preferably within large-scale IT projects or organizational transformations » You have a strong understanding of change management principles, methodologies, and best practices » You are autonomous, proactive, and result-oriented » You have excellent communication, interpersonal, and influencing skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with stakeholders at all levels of the organization » You have a proven ability to develop and execute change management plans and initiatives that drive successful outcomes » You have the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously » You demonstrate an analytical mindset with the ability to assess complex situations, identify root causes of resistance, and develop strategies to address them » You are proficient in Microsoft Office suite and SAP S/4 HANA. Experience with change management tools and software is a plus. » You are fluent in English and either French or German.
