Description de emploi

The registered office of RIGO Trading S.A. is established in the municipality of Niederanven in the EBBC business complex close to the Findel Airport. The company started up only in 2014 and employs currently more than 80 employees. 
One purpose of the company is the acquisition by purchase, registration, and transfer by sale or exchange of intellectual and industrial property rights. RIGO Trading S.A. takes care of the procurement and in particular the purchase of CAPEXs, raw materials, packaging and print materials, for the activities of the companies of its group and the distribution of goods produced on the Luxembourg market and to duty free and retail customers worldwide. The global Travel Retail Management and as well the associated Marketing and Key Account Management have been successfully established in RIGO Trading S.A. during the course of the years 2015 and 2016. Since 2017 the Global Export / Developing Countries Management (for more than 40 countries) and Sales and Marketing activities have been consolidated in Luxembourg as well.

We are looking for a highly motivated, pragmatic and open-minded Specialist Customer Service DCstarting as soon as possible. The Specialist Customer Service is part of a dynamic and international team and provides support to the Developing Countries Department by managing daily operational tasks.
 
Main responsibilities:
   » Provide customer focused service to assigned customer accounts
   » Understand customer’s products, services, business operations and needs
   » Respond to customer requests, suggestions and questions on a daily basis
   » Process incoming orders, forms, applications and requests
   » Advise customers of order status
   » Prepare delivery notes, export documents and customs declarations
   » Supply planning – shipment plans and orders
   » Interactions with 3rd Party Logistic Partner (3PL)
   » Invoicing
   » Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
   » Interface effectively and create rapport with all types of people, build up trustful relationships (external and internal)
   » Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
   » Obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle product and service inquiries.
   » Communicate and coordinate with internal departments
   » Follow up of complaints
 
Requested Profile:
   » Bachelor degree in international trade or logistics/supply chain management or similar 
   » Work experience of at least 2 years in international business (preferred in FMCG and food sector)
   » Good numerical and analytical skills, attention to details 
   » Understand needs of the department and commit to projects to improve efficiency
   » Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
   » Reliable, pro-active, ability to multi-task 
   » Constant professional attitude towards challenge
   » Well-developed interpersonal and communication skills
   » Languages: English business fluent, every other language is considered as an asset
   » MS-Office: proficient in Excel: 
   » Knowledge of SAP
