Manpower is urgently recruiting for one of its clients in Luxembourg:
 

Back Office Analyst (M/W/X)

 
The person should preferably have experience in a Banking or Financial or Project Manager field and he/she should be able to work independently and keen to learn.

Key tasks : 
·         Prepare statistics (KPI) for the unit
·         Manage contractual discussion with counterparties
·         Update ad-hoc procedures
·         Follow and coordinate projects and tasks
·         Create, validate or modify different type of SWIFT messages (Categories 1,2,3,5,9 mostly)
·         Validate MM & Securities transaction
·         Coverage of End of Day activities
·         Prepare monthly reporting for the management
·         Prepare the daily Key performance indicators (KPI) of the team
 
 
 
Typical qualifications:
·         University degree in Economics, Finance, Business Administration, Accounting, IT, mathematics, engineering
·         3 years of experience in Project Management or as officer in a Back or Middle Office in a financial institution.
·         Very good knowledge of English + French is an asset
·         Additional relevant postgraduate studies or professional qualification in finance is considered as an advantage
·         Knowledge of Macro, VBA, Access databases, Accurate and Swift Alliance is considered as an advantage
