Description » Engaging and advising on group-wide initiatives and projects » Providing guidance on corporate organization and addressing diverse project-related concerns » Establishing, managing, and winding up companies and funds across multiple jurisdictions » Crafting and assessing legal documents such as charters, agreements, and memoranda for various purposes » Reviewing contracts and paperwork for private equity and real estate transactions, including financing and regulatory obligations » Examining documentation pertaining to diverse investments undertaken by different entities » Crafting and revising a range of contracts including leases, loans, and share transfer agreements » Managing group trademark affairs » Coordinating with regulatory bodies and external agents to ensure compliance across entities » Monitoring legal and regulatory updates » Providing reports at the group level Profile » At least 7 years of professional experience on a legal situation in Luxembourg and more specifically funds management » Have a client-focused advisory approach » Full proficiency in English » Master Degree in Law Job Offer » a salary package aligned with the market » flexible working schedule » stable team and opportunity to work on various projects secteurs similaires .
