Description de emploiAs a Junior Real Estate Consultant, you will play a key role in supporting the Managing Director in managing and optimizing the real estate assets owned by the client across major European cities. You will also have an active role in sourcing new investment opportunities.Client Details With over €200 million in assets under discretionary management, we deliver a diverse range of high-quality services with a blend of consistency and adaptability. Description - Be the primary point of contact on the day to day management of the current properties in the portfolio. This will include local property managers and agents - You will liaise with local accountants to review correct financial reporting as well as tax obligations - Prepare and present reports on the performance of the assets currently in the portfolio. These reports will be discussed at Board level - Conduct independent market research in order to evaluate the most attractive real estate markets to seek new potential investments - Generate an ample base of contacts amongst agents, advisors and key market players in order to access new potential investment opportunities in target markets - Lead the financial analysis and draft internal memorandums of the most attractive opportunities that will be presented to the Board - Provide support to the Managing Director in negotiations of both new leases and new investments Profile - Dynamic individual with 2-3 years of experience in a real estate advisor, asset/investment manager or fund to join our team - Full proficiency in English.
