To support our local Operation Department, we are looking for: Operation Officer (m/f) Your role: The Operation Officer will record and control all deals and transactions performed by the bank on the international market. Main duties: » Handle the receipt of trades, amend, validate or cancel trades; » Monitor, review and validate all types of trades including Fixed Income transactions; » Take care of standard instruction of payments and proceeds to payments in due time; » Communicate all statements to the Accounting department; » Liaise with other branches for account openings; » Continuously take part in the improvement of operational procedures. Your profile: » Bachelor’s degree in Finance; » 3 years of experience in a similar situation in a commercial bank dealing with corporate and institutional clients; » Very good command of Swift; » Fluency in English, Mandarin and/or any other European language will be considered as an asset; » Autonomy, pro-activity, respect of deadlines, drive, detail-oriented, communication skills.
