This is a fantastic opportunity for professionals looking to elevate their careers in a forward-thinking and rapidly growing environment.Main Responsibilities: » Manage and monitor all legal and corporate aspects of the company. » Advise and assist in setting up new fund structures as well as modifying existing structures. » Responsible for preparing and reviewing legal documents, including contract drafts and corporate policies. » Collaborate with regulatory authorities and other external advisors. » Lead and develop a team of legal and corporate staff. » Ensure compliance with local and international laws and regulations. Qualifications: » A degree in Law or a related qualification. » 4 years of professional experience in a similar role, preferably in, central administration, fund management or a related financial sector. » Solid knowledge of the legal and regulatory framework. » Fluent in German, both written and spoken; additional language skills are advantageous. » Excellent organizational skills and the ability to work under pressure.
