Our esteemed client, a key player in the financial services sector, is seeking a highly skilled individual to join their team as a Global Custody Implementation Specialist. As a respected recruitment firm representing them, we are excited to extend this opportunity to qualified candidates who are ready to excel in a dynamic environment.

Mission Description:
   » Participate in the Global Custody (GC) implementation of client onboarding projects.
   » Organize and participate in regular project conference calls/meetings with clients and internal/external stakeholders.
   » Conduct detailed gap analyses of client requirements to design the operating model in line with the GC target operating model.
   » Manage the review of the GC Operating Memorandum and other operational documentation with clients.
   » Develop close working relationships with GC Luxembourg teams to ensure operational setups and flows are correct for a seamless transition to 'business as usual' mode.
   » Collaborate with other project teams/operational teams to address transversal subjects, setups, and dependencies.
   » Ensure all actions and logs are up to date and provide regular feedback to Banking Services management.
Essential Requirements:
   » Business: Proven track record within the investment fund industry with a minimum of 5 years of experience in Global Custody activities.
   » Norms & Process: In-depth knowledge of the investment funds industry and securities market.
   » Technical: Mastery of Excel and change management skills.
   » Functional: Good knowledge of PC applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Financial applications (e.g., Bloomberg).
   » Language: Proficiency in French, English, and German.
