Description de emploiLE emploi :For our client located in Kayl, we are currently looking for several : Senior AML/KYC Officers (M/F) Responsibilities : * Analyse and review AML/KYC files for Natural Persons and Legal Entities with complex structures, including foundations, trusts , etc. * Ensure data input and updates are recorded correctly * Initiate and complete periodic and ad hoc Due Diligence Reviews * Perform AML Screening (PEPs, Sanctions, Adverse Media) and liaise with Compliance when required * Follow up with the client to ensure receipt of required documentation to ensure file completeness * Identify efficiency improvement points and report any system or operational risks * Participate in the training of junior new joiners PROFIL RECHERCHÉ : Profile * 3 to 5 years' AML/KYC experience in Transfer Agency, Compliance, Fund Operations * Bachelor degree in business, finance or related fields * Expertise in current AML/KYC regulations * Knowledge of recent RBE, Fatca and CRS regulations * Good knowledge of MS Office * Analytical skills, problem-solving mind-set, with good attention to detail * Excellent communication (written and oral) and organisational skills * Motivated, proactive, with a good sense of initiative * Team player but also able to work independently * Fluent French and English (Knowledge of Luxembourgish and/or German and of any other European language is considered a strong advantage) This is an opportunity for a permanent contract Location : Kayl, Luxembourg.
