Description de emploiPosition:Compliance Officer – Paralegal to support a group of companies in all compliance / KYC / AML and standard corporate law matters. Key responsibilities: » Respond to internal requests of Know Your Customer (KYC) / Anti Money Laundering (AML) matters. » Manage corporate housekeeping, including filing official documents, publications and notarial deeds in Luxembourg. » Coordination with notaries and public registries in Luxembourg. » Drafting of simple legal documents. » Director/Manager in Luxembourg companies. Required skills: »Law graduate. » At least 2 years of experience in similar positions in Luxembourg. » Strong understanding of l egal terminology, processes , and documentation . » Proficiency in legal research tools and Microsoft Office Suite . » Excellent organizational and multitasking skills. » Strong written and verbal communication skills. » Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team. »Working permit in Luxembourg. » Fluent in English . French, German and/or any other additional language are welcome.
