Description de emploiLE emploi :Responsibilities » Assistance at the incorporation of Special Purpose Vehicles (?SPVs?) including KYC » Assistance at transaction Closings » Reviewing transaction documents » Handling daily management of SPVs » Drafting minutes of Board of Directors meetings and shareholders' meetings » Manage opening and closing of bank accounts » Assistance at liquidation of companies » Liaising with clients, advisors, notaries, banks, auditors and liquidators » Liaising with other Group's companies » Complete timesheets accurately and timely PROFIL RECHERCHÉ : Profile » Degree educated in corporate or commercial Law or equivalent. » At least 2 years of relevant working experience with a corporate service provider, a bank or another financial institution » Knowledge of EU Capital market / Securitisation / Real Estate / Private Equity » Excellent communication and organizational skills » Ability to multi-task » Ability to work on own initiative and to be highly disciplined » Fluency in English is a must.
