Description de emploiTASK RESPONSIBILITIES:» Perform daily payroll department operations » Calculation and control of salaries » Follow-up of relations with Institutions (e.g. Social security, tax office) » Analyzing and reporting of statistics » Follow-up on supplementary pension schemes » Calculation and estimation of the evolution of personnel costs ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS FOR THE POSITION: » 3-5 years experience in a similar situation (payroll domain) » University degree in Accounting, Finance or any other related field » Autonomy, flexibility, rigorous and analyzing spirit » Ability to deal sensitively with confidential material » Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams) » Good knowledge of SAP (HR, Payroll, Time management) » Fluency in written and spoken English; any other language is an advantage WORKING CONDITIONS: » Full time & permanent contract » situation based in Luxembourg » A Certificate of good conduct (Casier judiciaire, Polizeiliches Führungszeugnis) will be required in case of positive selection secteurs similaires .
