The ideal candidate will have a strong background in payroll processing, excellent communication skills in French, English, German, and Luxembourgish, and the ability to manage a mixed portfolio of clients. Responsibilities: » Process payroll for a diverse portfolio of clients accurately and efficiently » Handle all aspects of payroll administration, including tax calculations, benefits, and deductions » Ensure compliance with local regulations and laws related to payroll and employment » Address any payroll-related inquiries from clients and provide exceptional customer service » Collaborate with internal teams to streamline processes and improve efficiency » Stay updated on changes in payroll regulations and implement necessary adjustments Requirements: » Fluency in French, English, German, and Luxembourgish (written and spoken) » Previous experience in payroll processing and administration » Strong knowledge of payroll laws and regulations » Excellent attention to detail and accuracy » Effective communication and interpersonal skills » Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment » Proficiency in payroll software and MS Office Suite Benefits: » Competitive salary up to 65,000€ per year » Opportunity for professional growth and development » Collaborative and supportive work environment » Health insurance and other benefits secteurs similaires .
