Description de emploiWhat the Domain Registration Agent situation means for us:» Handling Registry & Partner Request’s » Giving support to other departments (Sales & Customer service) » Ticket handling, solving, tracking, dispatching and escalation » Maintaining procedures and FAQs, monitoring changes and continuously improving processes » Acting as single point of contact for the company » Handling of customer requests Our vision of the ideal candidate…: - Technical skills: » Computer & internet literate: knowledge of MS Office & related applications - Behavior skills: » Fluent in English as it is our corporate language; » Good working knowledge of either French, German or Luxembourgish will be a bonus; » Be customer-minded and results-oriented; » Have very good organization skills, with the ability to follow-up on requests, set priorities and respect deadlines; » Very good communication skills; » Flexibility in working hours and shift rotation when necessary; » Willing to learn & develop quickly; » Have team spirit and the will to work together with other departments.
