Description de emploiMANPOWER Luxembourg SA is recruiting for one of its customers, a renowned company based in Findel;Operative Support Specialist Temporary contract Responsibilities » Day to day liaison with the customs brokers, local SC teams and warehouses including the resolution of issues relating to movement of all products, dealing promptly with any errors or inconsistencies; » Operative problem-solving activities to ensure customs accuracy and lean procedures; » Shipping instructions maintenance; » Samples and experimental products flows management; » Continuous process improvement; identify the root causes of errors, propose the action plan to implement definitive solutions and reduce involvement on the corrective actions; » Support local teams on daily import and export tasks, solving operational problems that may arise during distribution activities; » Support implementation of new distribution flows. Profile » 5+ years of relevant working experience, FMCG, Transport or Supply Chain fields are preferred » Process definition and IT automatization » Problem solving approach » Continuously evaluate opportunities to simplify and automate processes in collaboration with other departments » English advanced speaking, writing and understanding » SAP ECC knowledge » Blueyonder is a plus » Excel proficiency » Transportation and logistic knowledge » Familiarity with customs and incoterms Competencies » Strong analytical, problem solving and root cause analysis skills » Be capable of driving changes » Good attitude in acting as a central pivot and as a problem solver » Autonomous and decision oriented » Why approach: asking the status quo, challenging the current way of doing to solve root causes » Management of stakeholders on different levels If you're looking to join a company that supports your personal development, now's your chance!
