Description de emploiAre you a seasoned accountant with expertise in SPV, SOPARFI/Holdings or PE-RE ? Do you thrive in a collaborative environment with a familial atmosphere? Our client, a leading PSF situated in the heart of Luxembourg, is seeking a talented Senior Accountant to join their dynamic team.Responsibilities: » Manage accounting processes for Special Purpose Vehicles (SPVs), SOPARFIs/Holdings or PE-RE. » Ensure compliance with local regulations and reporting standards. » Prepare financial statements, budgets, and forecasts. » Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to drive financial initiatives. Qualifications: » Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. » Extensive experience in accounting, preferably within PSFs or financial institutions. » In-depth knowledge of SPVs, SOPARFIs, and Holdings structures. » Strong understanding of Luxembourgish accounting regulations. » Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
