Your responsibilities: » Supervise audit procedures and processes. » Cultivate strong client relationships, ensuring client satisfaction. » Oversee audit engagements from inception to completion. » Implement strategies for continuous improvement and growth. » Lead and mentor a team of seniors and juniors, providing guidance and support. » Review and evaluate the work of team members to ensure quality standards are met. Internal Audit Manager - Your profile: » Master's degree in Audit or related field. » Minimum of 5 years of experience in internal audit or external audit (with a focus on banking/insurance industry). » Fluent in German and English, with excellent communication skills. » Strong analytical abilities. » Demonstrated experience in team management. » Ability to foster collaborative relationships within the team and with clients.
