MIBL now has an opening in IT Department for a: Senior Business Analyst (CDI)(Ref.: SBA-05-2024)Your Responsibilities: » Analyse demands for new projects and define requirements related to data and business processes; » Participate in the implementation of projects covering topics such as Reporting, Data Governance, Data Warehouse, Business Intelligence and Process Automation; » Work with the Data Manager, ISO & DPO function in order to define and enforce specific security and privacy requirements for data items, taking into account data privacy regulations such as GDPR and banking sector specific regulations; » Increase visibility over the business architecture landscape by using enterprise data modelling; » Support the execution of transversal initiatives at the Bank level. Your Profile: » You hold a Master or Bachelor’s degree in Business Engineering, IT; » You have at least 5 years of relevant work experience; » You are Fluent in English, written and spoken; » You have strong communication skills; » You show good organization, multitasking and prioritization skills » You are proactive, eager to learn and grow; » You act as a team player whilst being able to coach less experienced colleagues in conceptual work and strategic direction which includes sharing your knowledge.
