Description de emploi» Our client is expanding its activities in Luxembourg.Client Details » Our client is a well establishing AIFM. Description » Manage relationships with banks in regards to maintain efficiency and performance of the overall activity. » Assisting the Portfolio Manager in the organization of the investment control council meetings and prepare minutes. » Manage the account opening / closing and maintain bank account database. » Gathering information from service providers. » Assistance in the initial steps of the investment related KYC activities. » Assist the finance team with the annual audit request. » Assist the Accounting Team with the drafting of legal documentation » Cooperation with the compliance team with KYC renewal requests. Profile » 3 -5 years of experience in a corporate environment ( accounting, fiduciary). » Fluent in English.
