Description de emploiThis is a perfect opportunity for an administrator or finance assistant with a few years of experience to take the next step in their career with a fast growing and dynamic organization. This is a role that will provide training, mentoring from day 1!Our client is a leading multinational post-graduate education provider with many prestigious institutions across Europe, LATAM and China specialising in subjects ranging from fashion to medicine and dentistry. Headquartered in Paris and having experienced a wave of organic growth and acquisition, the organisation is amidst a full development of its corporate and financing structure and is a consequence expanding its Luxembourg business to enable the production of all group financial information, reporting, treasury and accounting. Responsibilities: · Participate in a range of general accounting duties particularly in relation to accounts payable duties. · Follow up and take responsibility for the emails received from and sent to suppliers · Questioning the origin of the invoices to avoid fraud · Analys invoices to checklist and send to the correct entity in the ERP system · Book invoices and initiate the weekly payments · Review and send out the remittance advices to suppliers · Administering finance applications (Navan, G7, Expensify) – creating new users, provide help for users, updates etc. · Extract accounting data and book in the ERP system, initiate the payments. · Act as a problem solver, proactively identifying and resolving issues. · Develop and maintain effective working relationships with internal stakeholders. The Person: · Highly organized and detail-oriented with a strong commitment to accuracy and precision. · Possesses a proactive and positive mindset: able to work in a fast-paced and often complex environment · Having a positive and ‘can-do’ attitude is crucial for maintaining a positive long-term relationship within the Group. · Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. · Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines. · Capable of working independently and efficiently, with the ability to adapt to situations where close supervision may not be available. · Self-driven – and autonomous work ethic initiatives is essential – willing to enhance processes and work-flows. Qualifications: · Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field would be beneficial · Ideally a first experience in a finance or accounting administration role · If coming from pure administration, you will have a strong desire to expand your knowledge in an accounting environment. · Will be numerate and have an affinity to systems and tools. · Advanced command in both French and English. secteurs similaires .
