Corporate Officer | Young jurist - Your Role : As a Corporate Officer | Young jurist, you will be responsible for the administrative and legal management of companies, with a portfolio of 20 to 40 companies. Your tasks will include » Preparation and follow-up of general meetings and board meetings » Drafting minutes using existing templates » Administrative follow-up of companies' legal affairs » Direct contact with clients for technical accounting advice Corporate Officer | Young jurist - Your Profile: The ideal candidate will have: » Up to 3 years' experience managing a portfolio of Soparfi, holding companies, trading companies and SARLs » Solid knowledge of accounting and taxation, with the ability to read a balance sheet » Experience as a lawyer in a fiduciary firm, with a basic understanding of accounting » A bachelor's degree in economics, law or finance » Fluency in French and English (any other language is an asset) Corporate Officer | Young jurist - What We Offer : » Compensation: Up to €50,000 gross per year over 13 months » Benefits: discretionary bonus, €10.80 meal vouchers, 30 days vacation, very attractive pension plan » Career prospects: Possibility of obtaining a company car and gas card with seniority. » Working conditions: Easy access by public transport and free parking just a few minutes' walk away, flexible working hours with attendance required between 9am-12pm and 2pm-4.30pm.
